Dan Adam, Adam & Son Auto Repair

Dan Adam, Founder of Adam & Son Auto Repair, will be presenting on his journey from being a minimum wage employee changing oil at a local auto repair shop to operating a successful Social Impact business having two locations with 22 employees and growing. He will be discussing how having a social impact has allowed his company to stand out from the competition, create raving fans, and attract and retain talent.

At this month’s board of directors meeting, the board opened two additional categories:
‘Hotel’ for Tyler Walters, Best Western, Fillmore Inn.  Tyler is sponsored by John Gatto.
Also, ‘Employee Benefits’ for Benjamin Wojchik, USI Insurance Solutions. Benjamin is sponsored by JP West.
                 Should you know of any qualified, best in class companies who might like to compete for these categories, please bring them as a guest between now and March 8.  All interviews will take place on March 8 and the board will vote on this day as well.

 

Many of you have asked about our weather/cancellation policy.  Here it is!
If a regular meeting is to be canceled for any reason, the Executive Director and acting President will decide by 4:00 p.m. the Tuesday before the meeting and will email a notification of the cancellation to the membership. 
(I will also try to get a notice on the website!  We do not follow the directive of School District 11 as our members come from all over the county.)
