Phil is married to Andrea Neri and they have two beautiful daughters together, Kennedi and Sydney. Phil served on active duty in the Armed Forces for 23.5 years finishing up his service in at Ft. Carson, CO. He enjoys serving God, accounting & finance, engineering, exercising, Xbox, and building his business. Phil and his family attend Rock Family Church and love getting to know and serving their community.
