I'm an 88 year old "Retired" former General Contractor (34 years) and former Construction Consultant (an additional 27 years). Married to Geraldine B. Smith in 1958 (66 years to same great woman!!!).

Chartered May 1990 (Lic. No. 27204 - State of Louisiana), services include budget construction cost estimates, cost segregation estimates, expert witness for construction litigation, construction consulting, and construction monitoring. I am a former member of Greater New Orleans Executive Association, 1982-87 and 1994-2007. 51 year member of Kiwanis International service organization and a current member in the Pikes Peak Kiwanis Club!
